Hello all, This is the year I have made a solid commitment to myself that I would take real estate investing extremely seriously and get starting investing and making some money.I have an MBA in finance and have worked in commercial real estate analyzing complex deals for the past three years, so on the financial side, I have my chops.Here is my question: I have no money of my own for a downpayment and if I would do a real estate deal, clearly I will need investors.

There's a difference.2 - Don't rationalize a bad deal into a good one3 - Don't spend your seed money...use it to infinity though4 - Learn "How Money Works"...and what I'm saying here probably isn't what you think I'm saying.5 - Learn "How to Analyze Markets"...not just properties.6 - Learn how to, and then execute, a "REI Plan"...long term and short.
