I think the learning was generally solid, there is a lot of knowledge in my local, individually some of the folks were helpful, but I felt like everyone of the leaders are there first and foremost to push their individual agenda for profit.

One consideration is how hard is it to get a starting position at a bank versus finding a leader in the field you are really interested in to not only mentor you but pay you to learn from him.

ya, that is one of the 3 books I read on a monthly basis, the other two are of course 'think and grow rich' and another book I love to read religiously is 'the closers' by Ben Gay III, funny name but an amazing book.

(I might recommend Heller's Catch 22 if you're looking for some good books.)I also brew my own beer, write some, and can smoke the sort of barbecued ribs that will give you a religious experience.I'm not even playing about the ribs.
