Average costs have been about $800/month (I don't expect that this would continue, as this includes a complete AC and ducting install and retiling of the bathroom that was peeling).What would you guys do with the home?

The AG of MO is reporting on his website that he sent a cease and desist letter to a local guy who was selling N95 masks for $12.50 a piece.

We did not even have the ability to aupple millions of masks, MASKS that cost 10 cents!

For example "No cooking grease, oil, animal meat bones, pasta, rice, any other substance down the garbage disposals except apple and carrot peels and liquids with no solid matter such as juice and soda" and "no vaping and smoking of any tobacco product, marijuana or any substance" on the property, including the backyard"  

Of course you must have Latex gloves, N95 Mask, and goggles.
