Hey Josh, Love the architecture in Barcelona. 

It's a 700-page novel written in 1943 mostly exploring Modernism in skyscraper architecture and selfishness in art...yeah, it stuck out there between the half-inch-thick self-help and business books.

Unless you have an architectural background, you'll need these planned out to even get started.  

(Former owner had over $500k into the land and permits /engineeering/ architectural fees etc.)  

Sorry if this isn't much interest here as purely an investment, but I think keeping upgrades in line with the style architecture is important to maximizing resale price.Ethan
