Many are not Seniors but disabled on Social Security income.

It was part of basic training and I actually didn't think it was all that painful and definitely not disabling.

@Shawn Floyd, I disagree with @Julie Hartman this is NOT a disability accommodation that you must approve.

The seller was an elderly disabled man with no help in and around the home.

If a tenant intentionally disables any of the alarms, we fine them $50 for the first occurrence, $100 for the second, $150 for the third with a legal notice to comply or vacate, $200 for the fourth with a legal notice to terminate the rental agreement.  

I have found that during service calls techs have been disabling them and putting in there own.
