What did I find - the roof had been leaking and the drywall in the ceiling of the master bedroom and den had been soaked through and the house smelled damp (apart from other minor things like the dishwasher and microwave were missing, there was a chip on the floor, the front door didn't close properly because of the rain, etc).

I made gumbo, her husband made wings and stuffed potato skins, Daughter #2 made veggie pizza and chips and queso, Daughter #4 made croissants stuffed with mushrooms, Daughter #3 and her husband couldn't make it.

Put out plastic to catch the chips when scraping, spray with water, don't sand, and then paint.

Think about all the brokers chasing that Amazon HDQ2 deal from all over the country, or car plants, or chip plants.Not sure it is true, but I expect the washout rates for both residential and commercial realtors is just slightly lower than for wholesalers.

They scrape, sand, etc and then carry the lead dust home to their families on shoes and clothing.On the other hand, if you plan to properly contain the dust, chips, etc, lead is easily managed and the EPA is not unreasonable in the testing/cleaning guidelines.Hope this helps.
