Seems that homes above conventional max amounts is where there is a ton of movement & qualified buyers (as restrictions are increasing - now 750 credit score required to close a piggy back loan was quoted to me) flooding the market & homes are flying. 

And, I also am in negotiation of buying into a franchise (not RE related) to continue diversifying my investments, and career choices/movements.  

Is there a source like AZBigMedia or Phoenix Business Journal in your market that you use to gauge market movement?

Or whatever statement that was.Freedom of movement, lack of commitment, agility is the next generation's demands. 

There was no movement to educate workers so they could move into other fields of work.

Check out "incorporate Lake Gregory" for info about the current movement to incorporate the Crestline area into a town and possible even rename it after its beloved lake.  

I would say try to time the leases so they line up with big movement periods.For example in my city I know military move in and out in the spring/summer and fall timelines.

You are just like the sovereign citizen movement who believes they are smarter than all and have "discovered" a secret loophole to not pay taxes.

Many/most of the houses we get involved in have at least *some* foundation issue, soil movement, etc.
