The only thing to consider outside of all the above is boomers own about 48% homes in this Country as more millennials and then gen z come into the housing market and the boomers pass - it’s going to be interesting to see what happens to the market.

That is so when a lawyer does a title search on the property, it is clear why there was a deed into Person A, and then suddenly there are deeds out of People X, Y & Z, but no explanation as to how People X, Y and Z got on the title.

example, (If X is < Y and Z > (ab), etc... then possibly advantageous, otherwise probably not.)That might help people to make a go no/go on bothering to consider this option.
