In the Tri-State area having  a home close to public transportation is usually benefit in this market.

Here in FL you need a permit to move a home and if the home is old and poor condition it will not be allowed to be transported across county lines (or at all if Kt does not meet certain construction requirements).

There are some major transportation improvements underway here that we believe will improve home prices in that term.

They approved the rezoning request, but did add a binding element that he had to ask permission from the KY department of transportation, however if they deny his access point request then a shared access point would have to be used.  

I know I can get a detach house with some really good cash flow outside the city but my transportation expenses + traveling time could possibly just offset that.

Stear clear of 3/1, 3/1.5 they are different businesses then 3/2 close to transportation, ok neighborhood (families what this type of property and area).Direct market maybe if your area does not have any REO/elderly moving out leaving junk behind.
