With a new, smarter Fed that knows how to control inflation, European recession, strong dollar, and cheap oil, how can they go up?

@Mike ReynoldsThe closest I ever came to winning like that with the Borg (Big Orange Retail Giant) was the Home Depot Seeds program, where they sent me stuff every month and I wrote reviews for it under the reviewer name "BuyerBeware22" and I got to keep the stuff.

Maybe we can get her some European style wood floors.

But the last election, the right took a giant step to the right and now asks that the country at least meet them half way, which means there is a big step to the right for that to be accomplished.....probably won't work.

The reason I think that they are probably genuine is because I ran my Equifax FICO score separately (paying $20) to verify and the score Equifax gave me directly was identical to the Equifax score reported to me by Identity Guard.This leaves 3 possibilities:1) Identify Guard reports genuine FICO scores for all three agencies 2) Identify Guard is owned by Equifax so they report the genuine Equifax FICO score, but estimates for Experian and Trans Union3) Identify Guard only reports estimates of FICO scores (FAKO scores) for all three agencies and the fact that my genuine Equifax FICO score matched what Identify Guard gave me was giant coincidence.I suspect possibility 1 or 2.

Is it possible that the government fears that dirty secrets would come out if the insurance giant goes under.

What I heard was that the elimination of 1031, if it happens, would be tied to the addition of the ability to expense the entire purchase of a property in year 1.So the way I interpret that would be you'd have a large profit from a sale, but if you also purchased in the same tax year, you'd have a giant expense to offset the profit.If I'm correct, I think its a good thing.  

From a legal perspective, you basically posted a giant target on your back...However, if the workmanship looks good, you could press hard for price concessions and then go through the legalization process. 

SLU has done a lot of redevelopment, which has brought in more investment (Ikea is a big one, along with residential spaces, and there's another giant redevelopment of a former foundry near the main campus along I-40 being done by the Lawrence Group) in the surrounding areas.
