Trying to figure out how to be a good investor agent.I was an Army aviator for 4 years, flew Cobras until a downsizing of the force put me back in civilian clothes.

Our job is to provide immediate assistance E.g. blankets, money for clothing, food, lodging and longer term counseling for getting their lives back in order. 

Vacations, dinners, nice clothes, gifts for the wife, sports for the kids, nights out with the boys etc....and for this reason, i would rather buy mortgage  points as a way to reduce my payment rather than make a larger down payment for my home.  

Who wants to live in a nice house where you can't have a pool/water a lawn/take showers/wash clothes/Etc?

You literally could not see the floor ANYWHERE in the house because of all the clothes, beer cans, trash, dog feces, etc.

I also try to get a feel for this by checking their car and by trying to see if I can smell it on their clothes when they walk by, etc. 

It does tend to splatter as cheap paints do, but I always do drop cloths when I do ceiling anyway and I do ceilings before walls. 

Clothes, food, plaster, boxes, plastic bins, classic trains, human urine and feces you name it.But believe it or not it was such a screaming deal I had to pull the trigger.

Charles, First determine your living expenses...what does it cost you every month to put a roof over your head, food in your stomach and clothes on your back.

Some families are working 2-3 jobs with children to feed and clothe.
