Merry Christmas to me, huh?

Our goal is to have the windows in before Christmas, and this looks very possible right now.post 7 digging is completeOur survey crew and excavator completed the digging project at our semi detached job site .

I usually schedule any work to be done while I'm there but in this case I was out of town for christmas and so was the tenant.

Getting to see the inside of a house you are quite possibly purchasing feels to me kind of like what it felt like as a kid on Christmas morning!!

I know Athens flooded over Rt. 385 on Christmas, not sure about the others. 

The next one is informal and more of a Christmas social. 

I'll be visiting the area right before Christmas and can't wait to get started.  

At this time, I was very anxious because allowing for a closing period, I knew we were starting to get close to closings near Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc, and I really wanted to be out of the house before buyers got caught up in the holidays.For that reason, I priced the house fairly low, accepted the first offer, and paid more in closing costs than I wanted to make sure the buyer didn't back out - I had it under contract in 4 days.So, things to improve next time:-Create a more detailed scope of work.

Right now the holidays are approaching and many buyers stay put for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year so buyer pool is smaller.

Sellers love getting a single payment in December to pay for Christmas and a nice cruise.
