Considering buying a townhome in Brooklyn Park to use as a rental. Its a complete rehab, location is around Townsend ave# Ritchie Hwy,3 br 2 ba,values after rehab there seem to be in the +/-125k range, rents around $1100-1200/mo.Schools seem to be not bad (relatively speeking) in that area and taxes pretty low.Would appreciate any input from individuals owning properties there or familiar with the area - things to look for/avoid etc.
