Does anyone here in the forum know much about how long it usually takes for a real estate attorney to get a court approval from foreclosure trustee and the Superior Court after filing a Motion to Substitute Purchaser?

Poor snow conditions at Mammoth are likely superior to average conditions in the So Cal Mtns but it sure is nice to be able to do a day trip to go skiing in the local mtns (but they are not comparable, if you have the time and money go to Mammoth).However, when I have gone to Mammoth in the Summer, I find it easy to get lodging on short notice at a fraction of the price (versus my beach STRs are virtually always booked at least a month ahead even in the off season but also a reduced price). 

I think most of the companies that do them want 1st lien position....superior to everything else.

We aren't concerned about the second income for Couple B because the first income is sufficient, still 2 incomes are superior to 1, in my opinion, for spread of risk.  

The use of EPA-registered disinfectants specifically designed, tested, produced and marketed for this task will not only provide better results, but are also infinitely superior from a litigation perspective...
