No EIN required unless you are going to hire employees, in which case you can just file an SS4 with IRS like you're supposed to do if you hire a live in maid or nanny

Better yet, I would set up cameras on the outside of your property so you can see who comes and goes so if anything did happen, at least you know and they also know who's on camera
