Trash cans are, well… trash.The judge is aggressive legislation.

The occupants hired an attorney who is a state legislator and SC law says he doesn't have to come to court until the legislature is out of session.

Many laymen look merely to legislative law.  

Until the federal Supreme court addresses some of these issues, states are likely to enforce more legislation that can double tax some income.

I look at all types of data like local economic trends ,how many people are moving in and out of town and any new legislative laws that have a direct correlation to our local real estate.

I won't be moving into it, and using that rule was a scam that was overly abused by landlords so new legislation just passed requiring the landlord or family to live there for 12 months.
