To make a long story short the seller is elderly, has been in the home for 40 years, and will be moving out of the state in a couple months.

Now why is this elderly lady known for not being nice?

Original owners died, unit inherited by daughter, daughter passed in January of 2013 and her elderly out of state husband put the condo on the market right away.

He only sees the hud with me making 20-70k. but often buyers are promised Garages ramps for elderly Gates new roofs etc word of mouth and contracts signed for these after closing to keep legalities in order, but he doesn't see that part but its what keeps my integrity with buyers and allows me to continue to have a steady flow of end buyers.

Since then I have ran into 6 to 7 cases of obvious misconduct but this one was the absolute worse, to take advantage of a sick elderly!

Many elderly got caught up (my Gramps, a ww2 vet, was one). 

I have an elderly tenant, one who has resided in this building for 40 years.

My elder brother took help of the Health Exchange Agency to buy the Medigap plan for his family as they had original Medicare Insurance.

The house was occupied by an elderly person and was significantly outdated.

I moved out and rented to an elderly couple for 9 yrs.
