Call him up and tell him that you're just so disappointed... everything has been great until now... why isn't it done... this will make it hard to do business in the future... etc.When that doesn't work, hire someone to come in and finish.

I also admit that I'm disappointed in myself.  

Succeeding in REI is not easy, in any market ... if your theory is that you have not been able to succeed because of the market you are in, and if you can somehow find that magical market where it will be much easier and more profitable, then you are setting yourself up for disappointment.

I was extremely happy with Sparkrent and greatly disappointed that it is closing.

The investor is likely to experience disappointment in the long term.
