So last week I had dinner with a friend who's whole family is in real estate.

I would say she must be a listing agent only as I can't imagine how she can show homes to buyers at that pace, but I actually met her at an appreciation dinner for buyer's agents.

Some attorneys you can take them to lunch or dinner and they will look at things for free or some might look at your stuff in the office for free before starting to charge.You need to call around and make sure the attorney specializes in this type of thing.

Some friends invited my wife and I over for dinner.

Has more golf and when your done has the dinner and shows and of course the beach.

The wife and I decided that we would spend $200 at dinner and drinks/the bar/boredom shopping that weekend if we didn't go so we said sure.It was a 3 day infomercial but in my opinion it was worth the $197.

Along with Storage would I bet be a great business in Honolulu with all the apartments and condo towers there.Had dinner last night with my business partner that lives there and we are starting to poke around for some rehabbers.. big numbers though as you know. 

If you eat at formal dinner you will be seated at tables with strangers.
