I would say she must be a listing agent only as I can't imagine how she can show homes to buyers at that pace, but I actually met her at an appreciation dinner for buyer's agents.

Some attorneys you can take them to lunch or dinner and they will look at things for free or some might look at your stuff in the office for free before starting to charge.You need to call around and make sure the attorney specializes in this type of thing.
