I guess its just human nature to shift blame on someone else when you feel as if your the one being attacked.

I am ready to lay out a plan of attack to complete some wholesale deals.

@Sarah Kensinger, the reason that your comments were not well received is likely that you made a direct attack on STR operators for lack of safety. 

Instaed of personall attacks, why not attack with you mind and experience while adding value to the community?

Look at comments, time on market, ARVs, etc and narrow it down to the few that have a chance for success and attack those. 

It seems as thought my reply either came out the wrong way, you took it as a personal attack, or you want to prove that you're more of a r/e expert than I am by trying to put me on the spot. 

Most Chinese are brought up never to live in a house that stands at a T-junction or intersection since the killing chi is considered a threat that will "attack" the house and its residents.
