Think of a car... a Camry is made for 16k, sold to the dealer for 20k, sold to the consumer at a base price of $28,900 or whatever.

I have a full time job managing Service departments for a Group of Harley-Davidson Dealers.

Every year it gets worse because the dealers seek out these streets to continue there destruction of the city as they feed there need for greed.

Is their any way around being called a dealer by the IRS.

Hang on to the offer and send the same one back once a month with the date scratched out and a new date written in.I had a car dealer try that once.

If you do some research, you could find 2 SFR for the same price which would collect almost 2000 in rent and you would be dealing with only 2 honest, hard working, blue collar tenants instead of 7 drug dealers, crackheads and ho's.

I am also trying to avoid being labeled a dealer by the IRS and am unclear on how to avoid that.

Properties interior (call the antique dealer first"$$" the junk dealer that thinks he's and antique dealer"$$", then pay a hauler -Paid $150cleaned and hauled all junk in 1 day.Exterior: cut the lawn your self, remove garbage, junk car guys, scrap etc.Window and doors boarded up if needed…I even bought a power washer (siding/brick, block, concrete driveways and asphalt)This whole thing ends up looking similar to a short sale package.All this will garn u an extra $1000 -$3000 or so after costs....Or u can find them, sign them and throw everything against the wall and see what sticks…and make a grand or less….I believe in creating value and being of value..Just my 2 pennies, what do I know…Guru_Wanna_Be
