@Matthew Hegewald- yes - spend to get a decent sofa sleeper  as you dont want visitors sleeping on a awful bed / commenting on  your str  review as this would be counterproductive

I'll second what @Kelsey Breedlove said about accountants.My first time out hiring an accountant, I did so out of [literally] screaming frustration after having a good year and falling behind on the book keeping.

Thank you all for responding.Michelle B.It is SB County Sheriff and Hesperia City Police the place is located on the border of Victorville and Hesperia.We have called the police before when they were outside screaming and yelling at each other at midnight.

STR regulations can be lighter in the Austin suburbs, but the locations may not be as ideal to attract visitors looking to stay in an STR.

We are now back to the normal visitors coming in the summer and not as many the rest of the year.

For example in my firm, we have literally millions of unique visitors on our website weekly.
