As far as what I look for in a lender, I will detail below:1- Be a problem solver- Fannie and Freddie create very defined parameters, but great lenders find solutions when problems arise.2- Be creative- Sometimes the lowest interest rate doesn't translate into the best loan for the buyer.

The router uses what is called NAT (network address translating) to assign sub address to each user. (192.168.1.x) These addresses are dynamic and change everytime someone turns there computer on and off.Long story short.
