What if you have to look back on your life and you are kicking yourself for not being able to coach your kids sports, help your mom with things, take your wife out, all of it.  

We would want to watch on a TV. or maybe a big sports game.

I know my guests love their live sports and the SEC and a lot of them are older and may be unfamiliar with streaming technology.  

I have a degree in Sport Management but have found value in the experiences I went through while taking classes and meeting other people.

First off learn to golf, its a business sport. 

That said, investing is a personal and private sport, so all investors should analyze their personal situation and see if there is a place for illiquid real estate investments.

These people would be: my cash buyers, realtors (that I'm pursing to get pocket leads), potential money partners, sellers that have told me to call back later, my Rolodex of people I've met...I'd like some good system that does the following:-Person's name with notes about them (kids name, favorite sport..)

Zachary- Supposedly, pickleball is the fastest growing sport in U.S.

People travel through here for all kinds of reasons including family events, outdoor sports and visiting national parks. 

Just a deer/ game camera available at any sports store or Menards has them too.
