Go to meetups (especially MTR and STR-focused meetups), make sure you have a robust social media presence, showcase your successes and portfolios (offering free consults never hurts), have references who will sing your praises and ask them to tell all their friends about what great work you do, and never stop telling people what you do and asking them if they know anyone who might need your help.Sounds like you might already be doing this, but finding people to partner with (lenders, investors, agents - especially agents who work with a lot of investors...shameless plug for The FI Team here haha that's our speciality!)

Is there a financial resume template available anywhere on BP which could be used to when speaking with potential lenders?  

A large benefit is being able to work in tandem with their team and put that on your resume, which is absolutely huge for attracting capital as well as further deals in the future.
