It chewed the dryer vent off the outside wall, chewed the wood at the kitchen door entrance & inside door trim, stained the basement carpet big time & every door has scratches where it tried to enter the rooms.

It does say separate entrance, but it's unclear if it's a shared entrance then separate 1/1 units that are fully self contained.
