I have accepted sex offenders and declined younger applicants for twice being arrested for under age drinking.

Many cities have smelly or dirty water which is safe to drink, but still doesn't taste great.On the smell and water quality, make sure your response to her is documented.

After that it's controlling costs and cash flow - as if you are not all private pay and for example have some govt payers or local programs you've partnered with they are slow to pay so you have to stay on top of them.I'm still working on this and have a LONG ways to improve to be a better manager myself but starting January 1 I will start handing out cards with a token of appreciation inside on all staff b-days, employment anniversaries and try to pick someone once a mo or every other month and do something for them or simply bring in lunch, drinks etc. 

After what Ed O. told me about his experience when I talked to him, it was enough to drive an accountant to drink.

If underage kids are drinking at this STR and get hurt what do you think the odds are you’ll be sued?

Wheat, beans, dry cereals, fruits drink mixes etc will store a very long time.

Think of how many housewives sat around at home every day drinking water out of pipes that had lead solder, the kids that drank the water at home and went to school to drink the water also, or the man of the house that went to work every day to do the same.

Usually just nice older lonely guys who seem to drink a lot, and have some issues, but never bother anyone.
