Owning/ operating is not rocket science.  

If it were a brand new install where you need to run brand new water lines, vent, drain and electrical, that would be a different situation.... this is a plug and play....it isn't rocket science.

It's not rocket science.When I made the switch it helped me stand out from the crowd.Marketing became super easy.And once people understand my model, it's a no-brainer for them to hire me!

Unlike an aero-space engineer who will mostly have regular interactions with other rocket scientists, or a corporate executive that will mostly interact with other corporate types, or a recently released prison convict gang felon, etc, etc.That being said, I think there are two primary variables that determine if a property manager "likes" their tenants.1.

My 401k is not going to do that for me unless the stock market consistently sky rockets.

Back in the day, it was a so called "pocket rocket", and most desirable. 

Now, you need to attract and enlist those who will see benefit in the project, add their value, and together bring the project to fruition.That may seem overly simplistic but it’s not rocket science.  

I would expect someone earning that kind of money via a W2 job to be bright and capable of picking up real estate fundamentals in a matter of days - there is no rocket science or quantum mechanics going on in real estate that even someone on the dim side can’t pick up. 

Also, Rocket Mortgage reminds me of Country Wide.

In my area, rents are sky rocketing.
