The exhaust for the hot water heater is 3 inch instead of 4 inch pipe, the electrical panel is a model that has a recall on it, There is slight seepage at the galvanized water main coming into the basement etc.

Hi Denzil,If it were mine, I'd go with an off white all the way to the ground, with black shutters (which I think would go with the grey shingles very nicely).Light colors make things look bigger.I'd also go down to home depot and get some 2 inch molding, (miter the corners) and make 3 boxes on the front of the porch and one on the side, and paint them white also (I think the porch looks a little bland compared to the rest of the house).Nice little house!

@Brian Feeny. 7 years ago I compared Home Depot and Lowe's I chose Lowe's they had a better quality cabinet in 15 18 21 24 inch so it was easy to lay out the kitchen 7 years later they're still in great condition your second option is painting the cabinets and just buying the front doors and refacing your cabinets the front door's range anywhere from $25 up to $50 per door the pain is mounting them but it's done right they look pretty good
