The basement had some un-finished spaces, but most of the basement had just been beautifully re-finished with a mother in law apartment (which I was going to rent out).

The upstairs, all we had to do was paint, refinish the hardwoods, and reno the half bath.

I have also added some sweat equity in the form of refinished original hardwood floors and new paint throughout.

Virtually all building componentsare new or have been recently repaired, refinished, or rehabilitated.

We refinished the cabinets, added new countertops, sinks, and faucets, and added a built-in storage bench in the kitchen.

I'm painting the interior, exterior, new roof, lots of yard cleanup, refinishing the wood floors, building out a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, adding egress windows.

My plan is to put 50k into refinishing our home and utilize the 1031 tax deferral clause with the other 50k.  

Actually has nice wood floors that can be refinished in all rooms but kitchen.
