Moral of the story is, if you are going to self service loans you own you need to be fully committed to the whole operation and all that the regulations require you to do and have available for borrowers.  

And printing it the moral, ethical, legal way. 

Wrong is wrong....and if you are willing to put a little old lady out on the streets, with no relocation assistance.... you're morally bankruptYou should work for a bank, drug cartel, mafia because that is exactly how they operate, it's not personal, it's just business.You are going to make tens of thousands of dollars....why not look for the win/win and make a little less, either doing enough cash for keys to help her relocate and land on her feet OR carry her tenancy for reasonable increases that she can afford, until her inevitable and probably sooner than later end.People DO NOT make your primary business model finding under-performing assets that you evict little old ladies out of!!! 

These personal attacks and misdirection to a topic you feel you posses a moral high ground lead me to believe this isn't a topic you are comfortable talking about in a constructive manner.  

The moral of the story is, why not dress nice?

Thanks Scott,You obviously missed the moral of the article.I own numerous properties across the Bahamas along with the US.What does "retired" mean to you?

Trying to hold property owners responsible- morally - for society's failure to be able to properly house and care for all of the elderly people in the USA seems misplaced.

Either you have the education, testing, ethics, license, morals, insurance, etc or you do NOT.

Executors job is to maximize the estate not TAKE FROM it  kind of wild you would not know the moral issue here and we know there is a lot of moral issues with wholesalers :)
