There's tons of innovation going on, and while it's volatile at the moment, I also believe it's going nowhere but up in the mid/long term.

The only catalyst to rates rising fast is if the US decided to stop paying its debt, but that would have dire consequences to the dollar.  

This was the catalyst for my interest into rental properties because I saw how quickly I could save money when my biggest expense (my mortgage) was covered and then some!

@Amey PhataleIt is all market dependent but as a whole you still need to look at some of the current positive catalysts.

Starlink could be the catalyst that launches it into profitability and with a potential spin-off, SpaceX has massive potential.
