The alternative is to use companies that can change direction of their original platform,sell out, only have a fraction of what you need, updates you need are at the bottom of the list or never get completed as they do mass subscriber items first.I have had hundreds call from Loopnet and Costar over 14 years in business and they try to sell you stuff all the time.
