I have turned down deals from the elderly and people who didn't want to sell, but for various reasons, have to.

We now allow pets on a case by case basis, typically small dogs (out of the puppy stage - to avoid chewing issues- and prior to elderly ages).

Children, elderly, and hypersensitive (asthma and allergies) individuals can ALL be impacted by mold proteins.
