Just imagine a world with endless oppertunities and there they are all around us just like HUGE tables of food in heaven and all we have to do is share back and forth and every one will have all they want and it can be heaven on earth.

In an area with a lot of older (like me) folks I would think that 2/2 patio (zero lot line) homes might be a good bet.The don't like yard workThey've probably "downsized" and sold all the crap they were keeping in a storage facility.Smaller house equals smaller utilities.The downsize is that this demographic is made up of a lot of people from the RICHEST generation that ever walked the earth, so they tend to buy,not rent.

Great news as far as I'm concerned, now, when are they going to round up the rest of the low life, scum of the earth, lying dirt bag, crooked myth brokering con-artists? 

Then again, in all practicality, why on planet earth would a bank call a loan if everything is a) fine and b) still have the same person on the hook that they vetted at the beginning (see above, no quitclaim will change the fact you are personally liable for the loan; disclaimer: IAMNA(US)L, maybe there is indeed a difference!).

A good first step is just looking at the property/neighborhood onGoogle Earth and seeing how the property looks, is the house unkempt, how appealing is the neighborhood, etc. if you don’t think the property class is correct, then the company may be inflating the property class so they charge more.
