The renter has already gone through the signup, entered their information once and been paying, just continue the process seamlessly.Last time I renewed a lease it was a 3-4 contacts with customer support, them having to change things on there end, delete files, tell me how to do it, me telling them what they are telling me doesn't show up on their system, them finally saying Oops changes have been made... doesn't work like I told you, try this now...It all works out, but clunky. 

I also didn't see where I can delete the post.

So while there isn't anything "wrong" with gym membership, tithing, PG&E, and dental insurance being on there, I'd just be going through and deleting those items early in the process.If curious, I believe the thinking is that while someone in general isn't going to be worse off for paying off a credit card to qualify, we can't have people cancelling or downgrading their health insurance to qualify, or failing to uphold their religious obligations.
