I am contemplating on investing close to my house outside of Philadelphia in Delaware and Chester Counties or down the Jersey shore.  

Now you are contemplating timing yourself to this guy for 30 to 60 days until closing, just think about how much aggravation you will have during that time.

The big exceptions for this are Pittsburgh Perry High School, Sto-Rox High School, and Penn Hills Senior High School, all located in traditional African-American neighborhoods.It's a shameful series of realities and by simple geography invites us to contemplate the shameful heritage of systematic racism in this city.

They are rough so I am contemplating between refinishing them or putting LPV or something similar over them.

Of course you always have to verify what is posted here is credible and accurate.Some people post nonsense and others post to their level of knowledge to help but are not completely accurate.For every guru ripping off investors there are companies ripping off new agents.Many times I have contemplated creating videos to tell people what to watch out for so they don't get ripped off.Each time I hear someone gets taken it makes me sick..................
