Honestly, if you hired a professional, the set up should have been done in a few hours and a 2-hour coaching session should have covered pretty much what you need to know (at least the basic) to get you going with the day to day bookkeeping of your business.

Will:How we are responding depends upon the particular situation.1) For lease terms ending in April or May (which are not renewing) we are politely saying "no" to any early releases.2) If the anniversary date is May 01 or June 01 and tenants and the leases are renewing (tenants did not serve notice of termination 3+ months in advance) we are telling them we will revisit the situation once we have a better idea on how prolonged the restrictions will be and whether the Universities fall session is in question.

We didn't get it passed that first one, there was a minority coalition who opposed us, but we did get a next step on it, so we completed that next step, very strategically planned that next session that by chance a member of the opposition coalition was not available for, and our proposal passed and we received a variance to build a duplex.
