Saw this forum on REDDIT, and thought it would be cool if we started a forum discussion: "Someone should make this" for something you need in real estate.Could be an app that you wish you had that could make your life easier.Could be a tool that you wish they made for some aspect of your rehab.Maybe you need a specialize "tool" that you need to convince your renters to pay rent.FOR ME, one thing that I think would be useful, is a visual app that shows the price of a house by viewing it in my camera.

depending on what you have to do a new bath may run you 5k - 8k a new kitchen/ floor 10k, painting based on sq' 5k - that's hiring someone and those 3 items just blew your budget by 3k-6k, what about the floors, mechanical, lighting. cost all depends on a visual inspection and what the area costs are.

The crack looks big... but sometimes like in my buyer's situation: it didn't matter: as it was just visual and it did not affect the structural integrity of the property. $300 could save you a lot of time, and thousands of dollars down the line.
