I've definitely been looking at Riverside for an SFR hearing there there is to be expected a good uptick for appreciation.

Therefore we were looking at places that were turnkey or just needing minor reno Only. this might be a crazy suggestion but you might have to hire someone from the riverside/ San Bernardino area.
