One of our carriers that I think writes in MI has the coverage but only up to $5,000 (not enough).Flood is a stand alone policy. 

Some of our carriers are offering it and some water & Gas utilities are also. 

@Brandon Carriere - yes, the silver lining here is the damage required removing all of the nasty original carpet and 9" tile underneath it allowing me to put down some sweet vinyl plank flooring throughout the place. 

If you are able to use the same carrier as your primary residence and rental properties, you will save a lot in premiums (aka higher cash flow).
