Women make most housing decisions (probably less so for lots), what do they want?

I encounter many women in this position and it's depressing.

On the other hand, back in the day I dated at least half a dozen women off of Myspace in a 5-6 month period and actually had my profile featured by one of those online pickup gurus (Grant Adams, author of "Net to Bed" - not kidding) as a way to write a profile that attracts women.

He wants to put women who are in the Foster Care System who are under 18 who have children in the properties.  

I only have one closing attorney that uses docusign.. the rest of the title companies and Lawyers I use to close have not embraced it yet.  

And I've been looking forward to the day that I would open myself to this community and embrace it and become a part of it, but I've hesitated for a loooong time for some unknown reason.

The women I currently rent a bedroom from since last June will gladly write me a reference and will be issuing me a full security deposit refund as did all landlords previous to Quantum Management.

My contract prohibits it.I think S8 is great for those women who want to pull themselves out of poverty.  

I could easily spend 10K in just the kitchen and women look at the kitchen and bathrooms.
