It's really an undiscovered gem on Florida's Space Coast, nowhere near the crowds of a Daytona and I think we have nicer beaches. 

Not all will work in your case (or in any one person's case), but even if you find a few gems, it can help immensely.Keep your eyes on the prize!

Some gems of Lincoln Center, Miracle Mile, UOP, boat access marinas to the delta, golf courses, country clubs, and more.

Also, there are some properties you might not be able to get conventional loans for- around me I can't mortgage a property less than $50k, so if I find a gem for less than that I have to get a bit creative.On the other hand, when you borrow you are using someone else's money to leverage and you can buy and control more property.
