When investor loans Froze and they frozen like the Antarctic prior to global warming.. everyone was stuck.... every lender in real estate was affected.. good bad great not so great..  

The property taxes are way too high housing here & globally is in another bubble & there aren’t any duplexes or bigger with driving distance of our work that come even close to cash flowing.
