This client went online and bought a policy for "a lot less" from a big name carrier with a snarky mascot with a 3 letter name tag and usually wears a white uniform.

It's just crazy to me someone can put you through the motions and not show up at closing (I did my final walkthrough the night before and he said he'd see me tomorrow) I just want some form of justice, however small it is, this is just so wrong.

The powers that be, at the investor office, have a set of guidelines which deal with the details borrower and property must adhere to and in some instances give guidance on how things are treated in order to create a uniform approach to extending credit (for the borrower) and making an investment (for the investor).

How or why the HOA sets those prices is beyond me, though it is uniform for any tenant in the building that needs those replacements.

If he/she is so certain there are criminal charges ask to file a motion pro bono against the police dept.

This comes from uniform laws concerning installment sales, but some courts may hold the contract at a higher standard as a breach of contract, but not many. 

Ignoring her, as we tried a few times, didn't work out well as she then took to calling the Fire Dept and Police Dept to the house to respond to her non-emergencies...the good Uniformed men & women of our town weren't pleased and strongly suggested that I get her under control.In any event, I'll be watching for this OCD RED FLAG in future screenings.Rick
