Well the stock market has done well since the last recession, so in some ways I am jealous that I had money on the side lines or in real estate.  

Whatever number he gives, add 10% and keep that on the sidelines because you guys will find things that cost extra.

That's great inspiration for those who are still sitting on the sidelines!

I like to think of it as I'll just accumulate cash and sit on the sideline learning until I find the right pitch.

To start which might be obvious to some but I am new to bigger pockets and excited to get going.How it happened; I was tired of sitting on the sidelines not getting involved with real estate.

I have recently entered the real estate game after watching on the side lines for many years.

Here is the Fed's statement: https://www.federalreserve.gov...My general opinion is that there is still an enormous amount of liquidity on the sidelines and the Fed is going to continue to hike until that liquidity works its way out.

Just do not sit on the side lines watching other investors make deals because of the fear of losing the low rate.

I'm on the sidelines waiting for things to cool down a bit. 

I'm currently doing a sales agent sideline on top of my day job (software development) to have a deeper understanding of real estate.
