Repaint all the trim and in general clean, tidy, and square away the existing yard.

If you have an allergen free requirement, then re-painting is a must, but you would probably not have carpet in such a unit in the first place since carpet harbors allergens readily.

You also need to pick finishes that are durable and not too expensive, and easy to rehab/repaint/refresh between tenants.

I would recomend that if you want to sell it, have it re-painted and re-tested and have the new report available for the buyers to see !
