Many CC&R's were recorded by the developer with well-meaning plans to also  have architectural committees  and other owners appointed to oversee compliance. 

Was told by some architects that besides architectural, we need MEP and structural.

I'm selling my lot at a huge loss but can I also take my years of property taxes and HOA dues, mello Roos fees, architectural plans etc. etc. etc. ?

Construction is  a process that involves many fields or trades, such as legal, engineering, architecture, design, and yes, actual contractors (framing, insulating, drywall, electrical, siding, windows, trim carpentry, roofers, etc) that perform the "work". 

I have other things in my office standard wall calendar, small wall mounted book shelf, degrees, and some Frank Lloyd Wright/Architectural Prints/Photos, but I want to declutter them and focus my office envelope into more purposeful, motivational, and task oriented.
