Thank you, that is what I was thinking that this property may be appropriate for me as a newbie and just building the momentum.

Its a space that has a circular momentum between it's many functions, every area continues to give to the other.

And like Robert Ruiz mentioned, once you start gaining momentum, your reading time will be cut short tremendously.

So at this point, we're just trying to keep the momentum going and start building our processes with the LLC in mind).  

Most of all, be proactive and build momentum.

Anyhow, how do you establish this momentum when you're just starting out, and you have no equity?

Along with the big agents who do 90% of the transactions and have huge operations to keep their momentum going.

While it is true that the market doesn't have the same momentum we had in the past, there are still plenty of qualified abandoned buyers there to choose from, willing to pay prime for an excellent deal.

I am not getting random phone calls that derail my entire day, so I'm not married to a phone 24/7 worried about the next "thing" that is going to happen.Active income/investor means that I do have to be involved to keep the momentum going.

But the already-fading momentum of retail sales is in danger of softening even further amid record coronavirus outbreaks.
