I do not understand why some enterprising individual has not offered there services to landlords to strategically "remove" these tenants.There must be some morally flexable landlords that would be interested in paying less than 100K to get these people out.

Simple moral of the book you can’t please everyone and you need to stick up for yourself.Just one last tip, when you talk to a lawyer, keep things to the point and make the situation easy to follow; many lawyers will be happy to bill you $300-$400 bucks an hour to hear how tenants mama called you up 5 times and how that made you feel as they are billing in six minutes intervals.

As a Broker, I have no issue with ethical wholesalers, the problem is many are new and have no compass, moral or otherwise, they just dont know any better, so they end up scamming an elderly person, or an uneducated person, and get a pretty bad name out there.

I’m over here thinking in 10 years time that family could have had $100,000 in cash to apply toward a vacation property somewhere their family, grand children, great grand children, etc could enjoy for the rest of their lives while profiting as a vacation rental property on the side.I think the moral of the story is pretty obvious, but I’ll go ahead and reiterate.

Granted, there are reasons to pay interest on Fed deposits (one is to set a floor on prime so that interbank lending wouldn't dry up completely) but the moral hazard here is obvious.The third chart shows the monetary base, which is total currency in circulation (i.e., the cash in our wallets) plus cash held in reserve by banks.
